Family caregiver health monitoring
GuardianSignal helps families monitor health signals, respond to safety alerts, and notify trusted caregivers when someone may need help.
GuardianSignal.net is the official public website for GuardianSignal.
GuardianSignal can read user-authorized heart-rate data from Android Health Connect and supported wearable integrations. Health data is used to support safety alerts for family caregiver workflows.
When an alert is created, the monitored person can mark that they are OK or request help. If they do not respond, GuardianSignal can escalate the alert to an accepted watcher or caregiver.
GuardianSignal's MVP uses Android Health Connect as the primary health data path. Fitbit and other supported source apps can write user-authorized data into Health Connect, and GuardianSignal reads it locally on Android.
GuardianSignal does not depend on restricted Google OAuth health scopes for the MVP. The MVP flow is: wearable source app to Health Connect, GuardianSignal Android app, Supabase, then caregiver alert.
Current testers can download the latest GuardianSignal Android test APK here: app-debug.apk. This is a testing build and may show Android sideload warnings until a release-signed build is distributed.
